Gentle yoga practice led by experienced instructors to promote flexibility, breathwork, and inner peace.

Program Overview:

Yoga has numerous health benefits. It can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve heart health, relieve back pain, reduce inflammation, improve sleep quality, and enhance flexibility and balance. Yoga is also known to support mental health and assist in managing symptoms of depression.

Jai Durga Mandir offers a weekly Yoga class open to all. The class focuses on gentle, beginner-friendly Yoga, allowing participants of all ages and abilities to join comfortably.

There is no cost to participate, but registration is encouraged to assist with communication and updates about the sessions.
