JDHSS and Hindu Youth Alliance (HYA)
The Hindu Youth Alliance (HYA), an affiliated organization of Jai Durga Hindu Society of Scarborough (JDHSS), is dedicated to empowering and engaging youth through meaningful programs and community service.
HYA has a strong track record of success, including:
Organizing annual Youth Conferences on topics relevant to today’s generation
Raising funds for an impactful Youth Scholarship Program
Sponsoring a child in India to support education and wellbeing
Hosting an annual Family Picnic and Sports Day to foster connection and fun
These initiatives provide valuable opportunities for youth to build leadership skills, serve the community, and celebrate cultural identity.
